Overview
At TechStar, condition & vibration monitoring goes beyond providing the equipment. Through TechStar University and MOBIUS vibration analysis training, we help maintenance and reliability teams develop the skills needed to collect better data, recognize developing problems, and make more confident maintenance decisions.
Develop Certified Vibration Expertise
MOBIUS Vibration Analysis training provides a structured path for professionals looking to develop their vibration analysis capabilities and pursue ISO Category I certification.
Category I training builds the foundation for vibration data collection and analysis, helping participants better understand vibration principles, measurement practices, equipment condition, and the information being collected from rotating assets.
MOBIUS requires completion of the Category I course and at least six months of vibration data collection or analysis experience to qualify for ISO Category I certification.

Bring the Knowledge Back to Your Plant
Training becomes even more valuable when it can be applied to the equipment your team works with every day.
Through TechStar University, we combine technical education with practical, application-focused learning to help teams understand not only how condition monitoring technology works, but how to put it to work in the field.
Whether your program includes portable vibration data collection, wireless monitoring, or permanently installed online monitoring systems, a better-trained team can get more value from the information those technologies provide.

Build a Better Condition Monitoring Program
Technology is only one piece of a successful reliability strategy.
Combining condition monitoring technology, vibration expertise, and hands-on training gives maintenance teams the tools and knowledge to:
- Identify developing problems earlier
- Prioritize maintenance based on actual equipment condition
- Reduce reliance on reactive maintenance
Better monitoring starts with better data. Better decisions start with knowing what that data means.
