Great news for Apple users! The breakthrough X/S Connect App* is now available from the App Store. The X/S Connect App provides an easier alternative to check status, modify settings, and initiate calibration when used with the ULTIMA® X5000 and General Monitors S5000 gas monitors.
Workers will appreciate the safety and convenience of wirelessly accessing the gas detectors from up to 75 feet away using their Bluetooth enabled smart phone or tablet with MSA's exclusive X/S Connect App. With tight plant equipment layouts, gas detectors are often placed in difficult to reach locations where gas leaks can potentially occur. With the X/S Connect App, workers no longer have to perform ladder climbs, stand on temporary scaffolds, or work in awkward positions to perform routine gas detector tasks.
